About me
Elisha Wisener
My formal training is in Marriage and Family Therapy, which means I take a more relational approach. This means you are not the only person I will see in the room, so to speak. We will look into influencing relationships as well as your family of origin and environment in order to bring understanding to what you may be struggling with. I specialize in a trauma-based approach to individual and couple/family treatment, which has proven to be effective in healing relationships. I work to help you understand and repair the pattern you may get caught in during every argument, that can actually be the barrier to connecting in your relationship with your spouse, partner, family member, or children.

Professional Background
I have over 9 years of experience in providing therapy services to clients of all ages. I have worked with individuals, couples, and families to help them navigate through difficult times and emerge stronger. I have a passion for helping people heal from trauma, identify and replace negative patterns, and build healthier relationships. My approach is client-centered, strength-based, and solution-focused, which means that I work collaboratively with my clients to identify their goals and develop an individualized treatment plan that meets their unique needs.
